This Privacy Policy describes how Softlivery collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Contact Center platform and services, including our WhatsApp Business API integration.

2. Information We Collect
- WhatsApp message content (text, images, documents) sent and received through connected WhatsApp Business accounts
- Contact phone numbers and display names of end users
- Conversation metadata: timestamps, message status (sent, delivered, read), and conversation state
- AI-generated summaries and contact profile notes derived from conversation content
- Billing and usage events: message counts, AI token consumption, and API call logs
3. WhatsApp Business API Data
Our platform integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business API. All WhatsApp message data is handled in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. We act as a data processor on behalf of our business clients, who are the data controllers for their end users' data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, and self-hosted or custom providers) solely for generating agent responses, Meta as required to operate the WhatsApp Business API, and infrastructure providers for hosting.
5. Data Retention
Conversation data is retained as long as the business client maintains an active account, or as required by law.
