Softlivery is a software company based in Spain and Argentina, founded to solve a specific problem: businesses were losing customers because they couldn't manage WhatsApp at scale. Built by an engineer with 13+ years in backend development, a background as CTO, and a Master's in Big Data Science.
We built Softlivery Chat App — an AI-powered Contact Center platform — to bridge the gap between how customers communicate today and the tools companies actually have available.
Our platform is used directly by businesses and deployed by agencies and tech companies for their clients. We operate as both a product company and an implementation partner.
